Allergic reactions to personal care products are on the rise, especially among women. The problem: standard allergy tests don't screen for most cosmetic allergens, so you can test negative and still react to your products.
This was a literature review examining research on allergic contact dermatitis from personal care products, identifying which ingredients cause reactions most often and how dermatologists currently diagnose them.
