Findings

GHK is a peptide naturally found in human blood that drops significantly with age—from 200 ng/ml at 20 to 80 ng/ml by 60. When paired with copper (forming GHK-Cu), it showed anti-inflammatory and skin-remodeling effects in lab and animal studies, plus early signs of helping with cognitive function in aging mice.
