Tocotrienol, a form of vitamin E, showed promise in lab and animal studies for wound healing through antioxidant and anti-inflammatory effects, plus potential scar reduction. However, the only human test mentioned (biopsy wounds) hasn't reported results yet, so real-world effectiveness in people remains unproven.
This was a literature review that examined existing research on tocotrienol's wound-healing properties, including studies on delivery methods to get the ingredient effectively into skin.
