Findings

When exosome solution (derived from fat stem cells) was applied with microneedling to one side of people's faces, that side showed measurably better improvements in wrinkles, skin elasticity, hydration, and pigmentation compared to the control side treated with saline alone. Results were tracked over 12 weeks with objective measurements and tissue analysis, with no serious side effects reported.

Methodology

28 people received three treatment sessions over 9 weeks, with one half of their face treated with exosome solution plus microneedling and the other half with saline plus microneedling (a split-face comparison). Improvements were measured using multiple devices and skin biopsies.
