Findings

In aged mice, Argireline applied twice daily for 6 weeks improved skin structure and increased type I collagen (the stronger, more supportive kind) by a statistically significant amount. Type III collagen decreased, which suggests a shift toward healthier, more resilient skin. This is lab work in mice, not humans, so real-world results may differ.
